The 3 Pillars
Everyone’s job at Chick-fil-A is to serve.
No matter our title or job description, our reason for coming to work is to generously share our time and talents. Whether it’s treating guests like friends, or serving our communities like neighbors, we believe kindness is a higher calling. Our giving back proposition is our way of investing in our community. It begins with a promise which highlights the 3 pillars that define Chick-fil-A Englewood and Chick-fil-A Hackensack.
K-12 Youth Sports and Wellness
We believe youth sports contribute to better social skills, teamwork and social responsibility for young people. We believe sports can contribute to positive self-esteem, increased empowerment, and lower stress and anxiety. We support organizations that provide opportunities to participate in youth sports and support physical activity for youth.
K-12 EDUCATION
We believe education is important and partner with programs that support scholarships, readings, etc. We host special events where guests come in and purchase food, and a portion of the order sales proceeds goes to funding the chosen school for their student programs.
Hunger and Homelessness
We believe no one should go hungry. We want to make an impact to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our community. We donate to hunger and food pantry programs and partner with organizations that support those who are homeless.
