About The Operator
A New Jersey native, Dennis was first introduced to Chick-fil-A while living in Cherry Hill with his wife, Alina, who knew of Chick-fil-A and urged him to give it a try. Impressed by both the freshly prepared food and the genuine hospitality, Dennis soon became a regular guest. With a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and two master’s degrees from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Dennis worked in higher education for many years in administrative roles that allowed him to not only influence policy but support and mentor young people. His previous roles included Associate Dean of Enrollment Management for the School of Professional Studies for Centenary University where he oversaw key marketing initiatives and admissions processes, in addition to a team of admissions professionals. Prior to Centenary University he held roles of increasing responsibility for DeVry University including Associate Director of Admissions, Center Dean, Campus Dean and Northeast Director of Student Central.
As Dennis became more familiar with Chick-fil-A, he realized the franchise owner opportunity could provide him an even larger platform for having a positive influence on not only his team members but his community. Becoming a Chick-fil-A franchise owner is no small feat as the company receives some 48,000 applications yearly for approximately 100 franchise opportunities. Dennis, his wife, and their three children are thrilled to operate Chick-fil-A Englewood and Chick-fil-A Hackensack in Bergen County which they have called home for more than six years. Since opening in 2017, Chick-fil-A Englewood has provided opportunities for young people to grow into leadership roles, in addition to donating to children’s summer camp programs, food pantries, and organizations that support young people in the community. In addition, the Chick-fil-A Englewood location was the recipient of the Symbol of Service Award and Champions Club award in 2019. Chick-fil-A Hackensack will be opening in 2022.
